Help me, please. I'm numb. The only thing I feel is anger to myself. I want to be thin and I binge every day. Before I was anorexic. I want to starve for 3 days and then start jogging, cycling, home workouts while eating healthy (I used to eat healthy before too). Will I make it? Will sport bring me back the motivation to live and discipline me?
Love, just relax. You are putting your body under a lot of stress atm, and what it needs is time. Just make this all a gradual process which in the long run will make you feel AMAZING! Start eating enough of the whole healthy foods, and find a sport that you enjoy, not to lose weight, but something you really enjoy doing like a team sport or yoga/zumba ect. Your body will find the weight its happiest at with an athletic lifestyle and you will be so much happier. Don’t starve yourself, it will only make things harder on you physically and mentally, when you need to be looking after it right now. Hope this helped xxx

Hi, please don't stress about your prom, it really isn't a fairytale or magical night like some people would have you think. Personally i'm jealous that you don't fit into your dress because of your boobs and I bet loads of other girls are too. I'm sure you'll look beautiful, whatever you wear and maybe prom night can be your night off where you can have a cheat meal. After all, a couple of high calorie meals a week boosts your metabolism :)

English lit, Modern History (might drop), psychology, philosophy and a course in fitness, which gives you a certificate in assisted personal training, and in the second year a full certificate in personal training:)
